2. Data processed and purposes
We process identification and contact details, country of residence, profile, investment preferences, indicative range, expected timeframe and any message provided. This data is used to respond to the request, assess the stated interest and arrange an initial conversation.
When a property owner submits a property, we also process its location, type, floor area, land area, asking price, condition, declared documents and any files voluntarily attached, exclusively to conduct a confidential preliminary assessment.
Where separate optional consent is given, the email address may also be used to send news and future opportunities.
3. Legal basis
Processing required to respond to a submission is based on the data subject’s consent and on the requested pre-contractual steps. News and future opportunity communications rely on separate, optional consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
4. Retention and recipients
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the contact and, in any event, for no longer than 24 months, unless a legal obligation or subsequent relationship justifies a different period. Consent to communications will be retained until it is withdrawn.
Access is limited to the individual responsible for the venture and the technical providers required for hosting, storage, notification delivery and form operation, who are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Data is not sold.
